Hope Foundation’s Computer Sensitisation project collects donated computers from private and commercial donors and sends them to Cameroon where they are used to train adolescents, women and students in rural areas and schools. The project has been successful in mobilising individuals from various walks of life and training them on how to use computers and the internet, enabling them to reach their true potential.
Private and government schools have collaborated with us to supply further computers, training materials as well as special internet and computer centres in a number of local areas.
To maintain such a highly demanded project in Cameroon, Hope Foundation is constantly on the search for computers, printers and training material from private users as well as large corporations.
In order to sustain such an undertaking, funds are also required to service the computers, train personnel, cover electricity costs, finance the custom duties and pay for the distribution of the equipment.
Your donations in the form of equipment or money are valued. Please email us at info@hope-found.org or call us on 0049 30 29007192 for more information.
